Further to your Notice of Delay received June 9: the five days claimed trace to the rebar resequencing carried in PCN-39, which is work within your scope under Subcontract §3.7 and was accepted without reservation at the June 2 OAC meeting.

Meridian denies the claim as submitted. We will review substantiation of any delay arising outside your scope on receipt.
